To be eligible for a refund, you must provide detailed information about the issue and evidence that you have attempted to resolve it with our support team.

Refund requests made after the initial 14-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. The decision to issue a refund lies solely with LogicBaseNow. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicBaseNow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the system, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
